As human health and consumer protection are paramount to all, GSS started to implement HACCP (Hazard Analysis Control Critical Point) in January 2014.


HACCP is integrated in our quality management, certified by ISO9001:2008, aiming to guarantee the protection of all food products we transport and store. The effective implementation of a food protection system in a company entails previous compliance with certain Hygiene and Food Protection demands, such as identifying problem areas, prevention and the critical points of control, as well as implementing a monitoring and surveillance system. The ultimate goal is to keep working towards efficiency and continuous improvement of all the services we offer our clients.
